Qualifications & Expectations:

• 1–2 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience

• A genuine passion for hospitality -- service should feel natural, not transactional

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, with the ability to confidently guide guests through the menu

• Highly organized, attentive, and disciplined in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to anticipate guest needs and create a seamless, memorable dining experience
